Laser-Blocking Poly-carbonate Composite Material

The slats of the Caiman Window are made of a special composite material with laser-blocking properties, specifically designed to shield against stray laser beams while maintaining visibility. This makes it ideal for environments where uncontrolled laser reflections could pose a risk.

Certified Laser Protection

The Caiman blinds are rigorously tested and comply with IEC 60825-4 Safety of Laser Products Part 4: Laser Guards. These blinds effectively block all medical, industrial, and research lasers, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients. Designed to shield against stray laser emissions, the Caiman blinds protect individuals outside the laser-controlled area while allowing controlled monitoring inside.

Dual-Mode visibility

Caiman Laser Safety Window Blinds offer a unique dual visibility mode, allowing users to switch between full protection and controlled transparency.

A simple lever mechanism enables users to adjust the slats effortlessly, transitioning between full visibility and complete laser blockage. This is particularly useful for monitoring laboratory operations without exposing personnel to hazardous laser beams. The slats ensure that when in the open position, external observers can safely view inside the laser-controlled area while still being shielded from stray laser reflections. This feature is essential for environments where continuous observation of laser operations is required without compromising safety standards.
